Yes. All our coverage plans are underwritten by an A-Rated insurance company. In Canada this insurer is Northbridge General Insurance.

If you have a plan with AvantaGuard, you can contact our customer service team by calling (888) 828-2682.

No, you cannot put more than one vehicle on the same plan.

Generally, the repair shop where you take your vehicle will submit your claim. Once the claim is approved, the shop performs the repairs and sends the invoice directly to AvantaGuard. Claims are paid upfront directly to the repair shop.

The price of your plan depends on various factors, including your vehicle make, model, year, mileage, and the level of coverage and length of the contract. Your selling dealer will review the options that are available for the specific vehicle you are purchasing.

If you are unable to return to the selling dealer for repairs, please contact us and we will assist you with finding a repair shop.
